Become a US attorney with the Institute of Law
You can become a US attorney with the Institute of law. The US admits non US educated law graduates and lawyers to certain state bar memberships if they wish to become US attorneys. After studying for your LLB law degree with the Institute of Law, you may be eligible to sit for the for New York Bar exam.

What are the current US Bar Exam Formats?

The New York Bar exam consists of:
- The two days Uniform Bar Exam (UBE)
- Multistate Multiple Choice Questions (MBE), Essays (MEE) and Performance Test (MPT)
- Online New York law course (NYLC) and exam (NYLE)
The California Bar exam consist of:
- The two days Uniform Bar Exam (UBE)
- Multistate Multiple Choice Questions (MBE), Essays (MEE) and Performance Test (MPT)
All applicants may also take the MPRE ethics exam before or after sitting the New York Bar Exam or the California Bar Exam.
On successful completion of the exams, you are a qualified US attorney!
