The Jersey Law Course study guides are updated every year throughout the summer and new study guides issued in October.

The Jersey Law Course study guides are available as electronic copies. This purchase grants you one license for one year of the following subjects:

Civil Procedure & Criminal Procedure & Legal Professional Ethics- Will be available shortly

Immovable Property
Law of Succession
Security & Bankruptcy

Students enrolled on the Jersey Law Course receive the study guides for free.

Anyone else can purchase electronic copies from the Institute of Law at £250 per copy per subject via BACS.

Commercial licensing for yearly license

Members of the Law Society of Jersey: may purchase a yearly license for the study guides at a discounted price of £100 per guide – please email administration@lawinstitute.ac.je
Corporate purchases
- 5 or fewer fee earners: all study guides £1000, individual guides £250 each
- 6 – 15 fee earners: all study guides £2000, individual guides £300 each
- 16+ fee earners: all study guides £3000, individual guides £350 each
